Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of donebyai.io and the DoneByAI service, operated by Jonathan Rexford, 1220 28th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960 (contact: jonathan@donebyai.io). By using the site or the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

DoneByAI sends automatic text replies to callers when a client business misses a call, collects basic job details, alerts the business owner, and can send review requests after a job. Specific features, setup, and pricing are confirmed with each client before service starts.

Payment and cancellation

The one-time setup fee is due when you sign up. The monthly fee begins when your service goes live. Service is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime by emailing us. Fees already paid are not refunded unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate business information and keep it current.
• Use the service only to respond to people who contacted your business, and follow the laws that apply to your business and your messages.
• Honor opt-out requests. Anyone who replies STOP will not receive further messages.

No guarantee of results

We work hard to help you respond to more callers, but we do not guarantee any number of leads, jobs, reviews, or revenue. Text messages depend on phone carriers and other providers, and they can be delayed, filtered, or not delivered.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and we will tell active clients about any significant changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Indian River County, Florida.
