Information from this website and demo booking

When you book a demo, you use Google Calendar's appointment booking. Google collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, and any notes, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Google's own privacy policy applies to that booking page. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

We use this information only to talk with you about our service, run the demo, and follow up on your request. This site does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Information from our clients' customers

Our clients are local service businesses. When someone calls one of those businesses and the call is missed, we may send a text message on that business's behalf. To do this, we process the caller's phone number and the content of the text messages exchanged.

• We use phone numbers and message content only to reply to the person's inquiry and pass the details to the business they contacted, including a later review request from that business.
• We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for our own marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service to our clients, meet legal or accounting obligations, or resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing us.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we handle. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This service is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
